There's been a lot of that with some of the less popular reviewers making you wonder if Nvidia is buying reviews. The most reputable names in the industry are all saying "... meh..." about the 4060ti, while the older less detailed reviewers are all pointing out downsides and shortcomings, but saying YOU MUST BUY THIS CARD at the end of the articles. 
 
In my opinion, the 4060ti / 4060 really don't even need to exist. Better DLSS support isn't going to convince gamers to buy it when you can find great deals on the 30 series still. (I say great deals with a couple well placed grains of salt there.) There's really no Generation on Generation improvements other than power efficiency.
