I'm looking for recommendation on original thermal pad replacements for both front and back components for 3090 Kingpin Hydro Copper. Looks like OEM pads are 2.25mm, 2.5mm and 2.75mm respectively for their dedicated components (VRAM, MOS, MLCC and VRM). Hydro Copper Kit came with pre-installed thermal pads, but from what I've read here on the forums, they are inadequate at best. I'm curious to know if anyone found a good replacement with better thermal transfer properties. Most of the pads I found online are 2.00mm, 2.50mm and 3.00mm with Hardness (Shore 00) rating of 60. Some pads could be found with rating 40-55 or softest at 35. Since none of those pads match OEM spec, what are the good replacement pads that will fit properly?
 
Also would be interesting to know if there is a better alternative to an OEM thermal putty as well.
