https://videocardz.com/newz/zotac-axgaming-introduce-white-geforce-rtx-40-graphics-cards Today is the day we got to see not one but three RTX 40 graphics cards that are almost entirely white. As far as we are aware, there is no embargo for any such designs today, yet
Colorful, ZOTAC and now AXGaming have all shown new white cards today. Quite a coincidence one must say. ZOTAC is refreshing its AMP Extreme Airo series, these cards have identical specs to the original black models. The new White Edition SKUs get new shrouds and backplate and apart from that, there are no important changes to note.
The company is refreshing both the RTX 4090 and RTX 4080 SKUs, but only of the AMP series. ZOTAC also offers its Trinity more ‘budget’ models, but those are not getting a new paint job.
Furthermore, we have AXGaming, the new-comer to the GPU market with their new RTX 4080 design based on the X3W series. The company already offers an identical model with RTX 4090 SKU, but today AX Gaming is launching RTX 4080 and RTX 4080 OC cards as well.
These cards come with triple-slot design and clock speeds up to 2535 MHz, so relatively low factory overclock. There is also no mention of TDP changes, so default 320W is applied and fed through one 16-pin power connector. It is worth noting how short is the board itself, nearly 40% of the card is just a fan with extended heatsink for more heat dissipation.
Perfect for an all white mod in my personal opinion.
