I have a RTX 3090 XC3 Ultra and I wanna switch its cooler with Hybrid Kit. Would making this void my warranty? And I read that after assembly flashing hybrid vbios makes the card acts as a hybrid. Would flashing vBios void my warranty? I live in EU. Thanks in advance.

No it won’t as long as you don’t physically damage the GPU during the process.
And go ahead and flash away.

With a bit OC I was able to get 13790 Score in Port Royale. Is this normal? 

I finally changed my cooler with hybrid kit. Temps are amazing.
 
At stock normal xc3 cooler would hit 78-81c core and around 90c+ hotspot / 85-90c memory.

With hybrid cooler (I haven't changed back pads but will do and update here) 50-58c core and 60-70c hotspot / 85-95c memory.
 
And with these temps I am able to play at higher clocks and oc the card properly. Only downside with hybrid cooler is the pump noise. It is kinda high for idle temps, but okay when pc is on load. Since I don't hear it because of other fans in pc.
 
Update: The thermal pads arrived today. So I switched my cards blackplate pads and voilah! Memory dropped 10-15c.
