(Solved) Problem updating bios Classified SR-X

Hello,
I have a classified SR-X (C606 chipset). This motherboard has 3 bioses. I would like to update those bioses with bios 1.03. After several attempts, I managed To update only bios 1. Why several attempts? For some reason every time I run Update.bat the PC freezes just before updating. It passes that state only once. Bios 2 and 3 cannot even boot into bios. Thus I would like to update them as well. However I run into same freezing issue And I have not been able to update them.
 
why is it so painful? is there other method to update the bios? Somewhere it was mentioned that bios could be updated within bios (in Save &  Exit section there should be a Select bios option), however I also could not find that option.
 
any other suggestions that i should try?

    For clarity, i am doing the following:
    0) Make sure the good BIOS is at default settings
    1) Boot into windows with the BIOS switch set to the good BIOS (bios 1)
    2) Unzip the downloaded zip file with the bios (1.03 but 1.04 does not work neither)
    3) Set the switch to the bad BIOS (bios 2 and 3) and execute the BIOS update.bat 
    4) things start up well. I enter Y and Y and then… Instead of updating, the system just freezes!

    Update. I created a FreeDOS USB stick to update the bios in dos mode. It worked and also much faster. I was able to update the other 2 bioses.
    Learning do not update bios under WIN10 with the updater provided by EVGA for SR-X

    Just for the fun. I tested 1.04 with Spectre fix and multi threading performance dropped by 20% ! Back to 1.03
