My rtx 3060 has low usage

Hi,I recently bought an evga rtx 3060, and when I installed it on my pc, with the drivers, I noticed in afterburner that not all the gpu was used in a few games,
 it may seem like a bottleneck, but it doesn't , since my cpu can handle the graphics, in elden ring for example, my cpu is at 30% and my gpu at 40%,
 I have tried everything, changing the power plan, updating the bios and drivers and I don't know what to do, if someone helps me I would appreciate it.
I leave my components here:
Ryzen 5 3600
EVGA Rtx 3060
Asus prime B450M-A
16 Gb DDR4 2400 Hz RAM
750 W power supply

    Can you download 3DMark from Steam, halfway down the page there is a download demo button. Please run the Time Spy benchmark, compare your results online, and send your URL to support@evga.com so can further assist you.

    I would also recommend running GPUz, then under the Sensors tab look for the PerfCap Reason, that should tell you why the card is bottlenecking. You'll need to be running something in a window with GPUz open to get a true reading.
