Just got my XR1 Pro Capture Card to record God of War Ragnarök. I'm having issues with the audio desyncing with the video over time. I have to deactivate and reactivate the capture card in OBS to get it sync up periodically. Today the card froze while recording, it eventually came back, but in its current state it's not reliable.

I have the latest firmware installed, so I don't know what else to try.

Capturing the audio using a separate audio capture source works to prevent the audio desyncing, but I'm still having an issue with the capture card crashing every 15 minutes or so. When it crashes the video freezes and the audio becomes distorted. When that happens, I have to deactivate and reactivate the card in OBS to get it working again.

Has anyone found a way to prevent the card from crashing?
