I justed updated the BIOS to the new 2.04 version and I cannot access to the BIOS and Windows. I found that many people have same problem with 4090FE GPU.

Anyone solved this problem?

If you have a 12th or 13th gen CPU with onboard graphics, use the motherboard HDMI socket and plug your monitor into that one so you can boot into BIOS. Then Enable CSM in the BIOS and Disable Re-BAR and Above 4G Decoding.

You should now be able to plug your monitor back into your 4090 FE and boot into Windows. Once you're into Windows, you're going to need to update the VBIOS on the graphics card itself. Nvidia recently brought out an update so you can do that. Link is here: https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5411/~/nvidia-gpu-uefi-firmware-update-tool

Once you've installed the VBIOS and your system has restarted, go back into the motherboard BIOS turn on Re-BAR and Above 4G Decoding again. Then Disable CSM. You should be able to boot into Windows with your 4090 FE and be able to use Re-BAR now.
