Hello. I have question. On my main bios 1.28 I can't install W7 whatsoever, Uefi change to CSM not working. After multiple days of trying i tried flip to second bios 1.07 and change from uefi to CSM and W7 install no problem. So newer bios losing support for W7,is this some new feature or i dont understand it?

    Hello,

You must enable the Windows 7 Installation option in the BOOT section of the BIOS/UEFI setup, as shown in the attached image. It's likely that this is disabled by default in newer versions of the BIOS.

Thank you for reply, but i'm sure that this isn't it. This option should be use if you use DVD drive for install, iam using USB (i should mention that before, sorry). Even if i use this option there is no change. I set both bioses the same way. I install W7 on older bios, newer doesnt work, after install i switch to newer bios W7 boot but after that they do not recognize USB device (mouse, keaybord) so i cant use that. Switch to older bios everythink work.

Update to the latest BIOs for the X299 Dark. After updating the PC should reboot. Then go into the BIOs and reset the BIOs settings to default. Save the changes and restart. See if this works or not.
