RTX 3080 Hybrid makes crunching noise like spinning HDD

Purchased 2/7/2022 EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 12GB XC3 ULTRA HYBRID GAMING, 12G-P5-4868-KL, 12GB GDDR6X, ARGB LED.  Registered it with EVGA 2/10/2022.  I use it a for microsoft teams programs working from home.  A week ago the pump for the aio started making a crunching noise like a 3.5 inch hdd.  It's as loud or louder than my 4 bay synology ds 920 that is filled with 4 12TB Seawolfs ironwolf red drives.   Is this something I should RMA?  If so how do you get a support ticket number to submit an RMA

    How do you have the pump and radiator mounted? If the pump is above the radiator, air is getting trapped in it causing a lot of noise.

    Pump is below radiator.  I've seen this video and used AIO's since 2009.  Thanks for posting this.  Whats really interesting about this video he doesn't ever let you hear good and bad running in a system.  This is not my system but this is what it sounds like.

    im on my3rd or 4th 3090 hybrid now for the same issue.   the first one lasted a solid year before it started making noise.
     
    my current one lasted 6 months or so, and just started making noise off and on again this week....  seems like it might be permanent as of today though.
