Hello!
I sent my graphic card on RMA (1481958), but form 25.07.2022 my RMA status is Preparing to Ship Product. First time I got answer from support that it should be sent in 31 week (01-07.08.2022r.). Next time I got answer that : ,,Due to the unavailability of stocks, there is a delay in replacing and processing RMA’’. And today is Tuesday, it been over 2 weeks - and I still don't get any info about shipment. I am not hiding that it is urgent for me. Is there really that big problem with availability of cards? Because on evga website many cards are available normally.

We do apologize for the delays in your region.
I can confirm that our regional office for your country sent out an email to you this past Friday regarding the delay with the supply of a replacement unit. They have placed a priority on your RMA so that once stock has arrived, your replacement can be fulfilled right away. We do apologize as we work through the global supply challenges.
Please respond to the email that was sent to you with any questions you may have as that would be the best avenue for ETA.
I will help to send an inquiry to your regional office to see what further we can do to work with you.

Thank you very much for answer and help. If there is a problem with strictly this model of card (10G-P5-3897-KR, non LHR version) - I can accept any LHR version of 3080 Ti or higher card (I don't use GPU for mining so LHR version is no problem for me), because working for almost 3 weeks on integrated GPU is a little frustrating ;)
