Ordered the ASUS TUF Gaming 4070 Ti OC and will pair with my existing z690 Classified running an i5 13600kf.

I have in the past, attempted to install the EVGA CLCX 280 AIO into this system and found that if I install a card into PCIE 1 slot, I get no wriggle room for the pipes and cable management of that singular USB cable from the cap to the header means to cross it over the board.  The memory position also makes working the piping and cabling around it rather cumbersome too.  I am installing this into a DG-87 case, so there is also no real give for mounting the AIO in the rear.  My only and best option is to install the radiator to the top and position the pump and the cap to have the USB cable / pipes position to face the PCIE 1 slot.  So my question is - is there a physical problem with this design?  The case is beefy, but the PCIE 1 slot sits too close physically to the CPU socket where large coolers almost make it impossible to mount a VGA card into PCIE 1.  I currently have my 3060 mounted into the PCIE x8 x8 slot, but I'm not wanting to decrease the performance of the 4070 TI if I can help it.
