People who are really into keyboards use lube.

If you're having sticky key issues, or just sluggish action, a bit of lube might bring back the magic to your keyboard relationship..

Get your minds out of the gutter lol - I'm talking about switch lube, and yes, it's a thing.

Read: Why you should lube your keyboard switches (link).

Along with the special switch lube (link), there are lubing brushes (link) and lubing stations (link), lube bundles (link) and discussions on what to avoid (link). The lube is not intended for human use btw.. just in case you were going to ask for a friend.

I used Glorious Gaming keyboards for a long time (primarily the GMMK full size with Gateron Brown switches (link)), and these guys know their stuff.

They also have some nice keyboard caps, o-rings, wrist rests, cleaning kits etc. to enhance your keyboarding experience (link).

I use their aura keycaps (link) on my EVGA Z15 keyboard and they look awesome imho. Although the camera really picked up the LED spots, it's a lot smoother irl. I used a sharpee to change the silver EVGA logo to black, if you were wondering:

The arrow keys are pretty cool. I haven't ever really heard of lubing a switch since I haven't had a problem with any key sticking and normally when I do hear about that it's because of a bad keycap. I did however get some O-rings for keyboards off of Amazon. It did help a little bit with the noise from the keyboard but I really like the feel better since when typing on a mechanical keyboard you are supposed to feel the activation point and let up before you bottom out a keystroke but while gaming it's hard to not bottom out the keystroke so having a bit of cushion from the O-ring helps for a softer landing of the keystroke. It's also a pretty inexpensive mod for a keyboard but it does take pulling all the keys to add an O-Ring to them but going row by row wasn't that bad.
