LED flickering issue

When i put the card under load in a game, the LED's all flicker. On all 3 sections (front,side and backplate).
Firmware was updated when i launched Precision X1 and the driver is up to date.
Power supply is an 850 watt and is showing 560w being used up by the system. 
 
When the game or benchmark is closed the led's return to normal. Any ideas?
 
Card is EVGA RTX 3080ti XC3 Hydro Copper
Power Supply: Corsair HX850i

    I've started getting this as well, and the 3 red LEDs above the cables blink for a split second. My card is brand new so I'm hoping it's just a glitch with the software.
