i have a 3080ti ftw3 card Aorus mother board 8700k OC to 4.8. evga 1000w power supply. My question is some times when i turn the computer on and load precision  up sometimes it will show around 170% power draw. tried both bios have had the same thing happen. Also no over clock applied to the card at the time of issue. also double checked with msi after burner and showed same power draw%. on latest driver on thing i have found that will fix it is if i shut it down and wiggle or remove card from the mobo it will come back and be normal again. bad card, bad mobo ,something else, card is 3-4 months old. any input is very helpful
