I recently purchased a EVGA GTX 470 [Superclocked] for use in my new gaming PC. Lately I have been noticing some rather unsightly shadowing going on on-screen. Lines of text against a white background have a grey shadow extending from the right to the edge of the screen fading gradually. It is extremely noticable with large black boxes against a white background (or white boxes against a black background for that matter), any areas of high contrast shadow themselves to the right. Is this my graphics card or my monitor failing?

Here is a picture of the problem. I'm not sure if it will show up on screenshots. If it does then I can assume it's my graphics card I guess.

Forgot to explain what is happening on my screen in that picture. The Imgur logo is shadowed about half an inch to the right of itself, and the progress bar is leaving a white-ish shadow that extends to the right and goes all the way to the right side of the image.
