I see that there are still 2 3090ti, and 1 3080ti cards that dont show OUT OF STOCK, does this mean possibly still a few card might be availble?

I think EVGA said sometimes cards will float in and out of stock if they happen to have a cancelled order / new returns / old stock found etc...
 
For example a KPE 3090ti floated into stock yesterday. As a test I added it to my cart and while it says "limit 5" it clearly was a singular unit as I couldn't increase the qty at all from 1. It was gone within the hour.
 
Same with other 3090/3090ti models. You just have to keep checking inventory and move quick.
