Hi,
I received an email from the queue with product availability to purchase a 3080 ftw. During the checkout process there was a payment error. I was trying to complete the purchase using a different payment method but the website is locking the purchase with a purchase limit restriction. I haven't received any order confirmation email that the checkout was successful. Will there be a delay in receiving order notifications? How can we confirm if the order went through?
I would give them a call. Customer service would be able to answer if it went through or not and get it sorted out if needed.
