Hi,

I'm using a Dell Ultrasharp 32" UP2118K successful with Win 11 in 8K rez on a 3090 Ti FTW adapter for the base machine. However, In a Win 10 VMWare Workstation the available resolutions only go up to 4K.  Is there a way to enable 8K in VMWare Workstation 16 to drive the 8K mode?

Regards,
Mike

I havn't had issues at the office driving 8k displays on the most recent workstation pro.

Edit: Can't post links but there is a VMware workstation doc for display output resolutions and 8k is supported (depending on what version you are running). You can try setting it to use "host resolution" instead of setting one manually
