I apologize if this is already answered or if I'm asking in the wrong section.  I'm in a bit of a panic at the moment because my notification for the 400-HY-1988-B1 Hybrid Cooler *finally* says that it has been sent, but I have not received the e-mail.  I just happened to check my notifies page just now.  Since I don't know when it was sent, I'm afraid it will expire before I can contact EVGA support to ask for help (about 12 hours from now), and I'm not sure they can do anything anyway.

Without the e-mail that has my invitation to purchase, I'm out of luck, right?  Just having my "my notifies" page show that it has been sent (and is still active) does no good?  Is there anything I can do?

There is no queue for this product. It's on a first come first served basis. They sold out before you got to there. Not sure why you didn't get an email though, maybe check your profile email address and make sure it's the email address you want notifies being sent to.

Oh man, that's a bummer.  I had understood that this was a queue too and was thinking I would have a chance to purchase as long as I got to the e-mail within 24 hours.  Since my notifies page list this as "active", I figured that that meant the 24 hours had not expired.
At any rate, I never had a chance since I didn't get the e-mail.  It's the same e-mail where I received the e-mail that said I was signed up to be notified.  My FTW3 Ultra Gaming 3090 is limping along with a bad fan (already replaced twice) and it seems like it may be a very, very long wait before I get the hybrid cooler.  Sigh.
Do I need to sign up again to be notified the next time it is in stock?

Thanks for the reply.

Yeah, first time it happened to me I was like "what the heck", I just got my email and it's out of stock, thinking there was a queue for the product.

Still weird you didn't get an email.
