GEFORCE 275 gtx 896 and GEFORCE 275 gtx co-op SLI need help urgent

i have the Geforce 275 gtx 896 on my pc and then after few months i purchased another one i found online a Geforce 275 GTX but its a co-op version i am trying to use it as a dual vid card SLI.. its not working, are they compatible?? i got both 275 gtx but i think different version.. any advice.. thanks

    List what OS and video card drivers you are using.... and motherboard brand/model.

    -Thermaltake Toughpower 1200W
    -Asus P6T Intel x58 Chipset
    -Intel i7 920 D0@ 4.01ghz w/HT (20x201)
    -Corssair H50 CPU Water Cooler
    -6GB OCZ HyperX DDR3 @1611mhz

    ok i will tell u wat i have, my motherboard is XFX 750a SLI nFORCE AMD socket AM2+ DDR2 1066MHZ, memorry of 4 gig RAM, quadcore AMD Phenom II 920 Processor 2.8 GHZ, my Power Supply is 750 WATTS and my old vid that i wanna do SLI with is Geforce 275 GTX 896 MB my OS is WIN XP, The vid card that im adding is Geforce 275 GTX Co-op Physx 1280MB DDR3 PCI-E 2.0 dedicated GTS 250 GPU. Now pls tell me what should i do.. thanks..
