In that list in post 2 NBB sells this item for 959 and ships to European countries. Ireland is part of the EU.

The 3080 was about €50/60 euro dearer compared to EU.evga.com which really is not bad at all. I was tempted by the 3080ti its €1299 but I couldn't justify the three hundred or so extra and besides I'm hoping my seasonic 850+gold will power the card, so best to have a few shillings left in case 😁 rjohnson11

Yep, inflation is a killer but compared to twelve months ago the prices are very close to EVGA's own. And with the 4000 on the way every 3000 sold now may not be replaced as the manufacturers tool-up for the new series.
