Looking through the graphics cards, ALL of them say that the queue system isn't available for it. Why is this?

Queue is closed until they fulfill the order for the people who are currently in the queue…they may open queue for 3080 12GB in future same is true for every other card

As stated above, all the Queue 2.0 queues are closed until further notice.  The 3080 16GB was released under Queue 3.0 as will any other future releases, and it was open only for a very short time.  It also will probably reopen when the positions in the queue are filled.

Nvidia is releasing the 3050 on 27 January, we don't have a time yet.  It will be under Queue 3.0 and if interested follow EVGA and pay attention to the forums, as once a time is announced it will be all over the forums.

    Information about Queue 3.0 https://www.evga.com/support/queue3/.

    Good luck.

Kind of lost hope in the que system since I've been still waiting since 2020 for the basic 3080

I think queue 2.0 is not going to really be used going forward. In the event that everyone in Queue 2.0 gets the chance to order a GPU I would assume that they will use Queue 3.0.

If you sign up for a newly launched card though the queue will not be bad as long as you get in early but queue 3.0 is also based on a member rating system.

To be honest, there might be a couple of Queue 2.0 GPUs that may finally be filled in the last days of the 30 series.  If you consider the probably masses of people that are in some of the 2.0 queues, it would be a miracle if Nvidia's allocations to EVGA can fulfill any of the 2.0 queues.
