Probaly should just sell it on Ebay or classifieds.

Given that cards sell for above MSRP on ebay and the like, I'd recommend selling it like other people here have mentioned, you'd make money, or if you don't want to sell it for too much, at the very least list a price that lets you break even, and it'd sell very fast.

that link has info on how to go about getting a refund. given that it's unopened, you might not have to pay the 15% restocking fee, looking at the FAQ there, but I can't say for sure, in any case you'd likely have to pay for shipping.
 
 

You can always reach out to EVGA just keep in mind that holiday staff might make for a slight delay in response from normal. While I can't speak for what the EVGA office is like I know a lot of places saw people take between Christmas and New Years off.
