Curve (for fans 1,2,3) is set so that all three fans run at 20% RPM while GPU temp is under 35 C. Fans #1 and #2 aren't operating according to the same curve applied across all three fans. Fan #3 runs at 20% RPM set in the first sentence.
 
Troubleshooting applied according to PX1 FAQ #59762.

Goal: All three fans running at 20% (600 RPM) @ GPU Temp 35 C or below using linked curve set in PX1. If PX1, on an outside chance, crashes, I'd like the default "Switch OC On" fan curve to take over.
 
If reaching that goal is not possible, well that's my error then, I thought it could be done. If what I want to do is considered unnecessary or otherwise unrealistic, ridiculous, just lemme know and I'll be done right here. Just prefer the fans not running at 36% all the time under a minimal "idle state" demand.

Tried running PX1 v1.2.9.0 as Admin: Could not adjust the speed of all three fans (linked together) under 36% (1,100 RPM).
 
Official EVGA Step 1: Uninstall PX1 and delete the following directories:
"C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\EVGA_Co.,_Ltd"
"C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\PX18"
 
Unable to locate the PX18 directory.
 
 
Official EVGA Step 2 of PX1 (FAQ#59762) Troubleshooting: "Ensure that the Visual C++ Runtime Redistributable is installed from the link here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784."
 
Followed "Step 2" link above.  Scroll down on the page and the last sentence of the first paragraph reads: For an updated version of these redistributable packages, see KB 3138367.  Installed vcredist_x64.exe from KB 3138367.
 
 
Official EVGA Step 3: "Uninstall all drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller, linked here: https://www.wagnardsoft.c...ad/DDU%20v18.0.0.9.exe and then reboot the system."
 
DDU'd with v18.0.4.6 according to instructions, in Safe Mode, disconnected from internet. DDU Reported OS as Win 11 Pro.
 
 
Official EVGA Step 4: Install latest nvidia drivers v497.09
 
Installed v497.09.  Shut down system.  Unplugged PSU and switched PSU Off.  Held down computer power button for 60 seconds.  Was in Power Down state for 10 minutes.
 
 
Official EVGA Step 5: "Power on the system then reinstall the latest version of Precision X1 from the link here: https://www.evga.com/precisionx1/. Then launch the program as an administrator and check that any problems have been resolved."
 
Installed PX1 v1.2.9.0.
 
Set linked fan curve for 20% up to 35 C, across all three fans, result:
Fan 1: 33% (1066 RPM)
Fan 2: 33% (1070 RPM)
Fan 3: 20% (601 RPM).

Not operating as intended, so clicked on "Default."
Fan 1: 37% (1103 RPM)
Fan 2: 37% (1101 RPM)
Fan 3: 36% (1102 RPM)
GPU Temp: 25 C
Ambient Temp: 20.8 C
