Issues with update my rtx 3070 FTW3 firmware with precision X1

hi, i have a problem, since may i have my rtx 3070 working good, and 2 days ago I updated to windows 11 and also installed the precision x software, it asked me to update the firmware of my graphics card and since then my rtx 3070 does not drop below 49° even when I am not actively using the pc and the fans turn on and off, and before the firmware update my graphic did not go above 40° while I was in basic use of the pc. please i need help ¿how can i downgrade the firmware?

    set up a fan profile in PX1 link your fans so they all run and set up an aggressive fan profile. the bios only let the fans work when the GPU gets really hot 40 degrees is nothing. my pics are coming out right set up a fan profile and link them together so they will run.  https://imgur.com/a/Gyp0L0B
