Recently I had a notification ups left my graphics card at my door. I was home, no knock, and the card wasn't there. I'm waiting for 24 to 48 hours to pass just in case but while I wait does evga ship a new card in event of stolen property or refund and make you wait in line again.

You should contact the shipping company asap.  file a report and also contact EVGA customer support.  I don't think they will send you another gpu right off.  It would be on a case by case review if they would even be able to send a replacement card out in your case.  The first step is though I would strongly recommend to contact the shipping company and start the process of a lost package with them.  After that you should contact EVGA.  Best of luck.

EVGA is going to have to submit the claim to UPS, so follow what EVGA tells you to do.

I would suggest checking around your home to see if they set it somewhere strange. If you are at an apartment, check around and see if they gave it to the main office or something.

We ask this because UPS or carriers will sometimes mark a package delivered before they actually deliver it or it may be improperly scanned.  It could be a delay, or it could be that the driver tried to scan it early as delivered to improve metrics, but was unable to deliver it as expected.  In many cases, we see packages delivered several days after they are marked as delivered.  If the package is still not delivered, we begin working with the carrier to trace the package.  If the carrier confirms it was delivered, then we request the recipient file a report with the police as part of the process; if not delivered, then the carrier has some 'splainin' to do.

Once the wheels are sufficiently in motion, we will work with the customer to determine the next course of action (some people still want the product, while others prefer a refund).

As the recipient, I believe you cannot file a claim with UPS - the sender (the person who created the shipping label) has to make the claim. UPS will investigate it. Some shippers take a photo of where they left the item, not sure about UPS though. Contact EVGA, they will need to initiate the investigation.

I'm aware of occasions where an item was marked as delivered but it wasn't actually delivered. Some drivers I think get lazy and scan a whole bunch of packages at once and mark them as delivered before they've actually delivered them.

This, definitely.  Carriers can still surprise you just how easily they can find strange or confusing places to deliver your packages.  We also see a lot of people confirm their package was delivered after doing a full check around their house and finding the package in a place they don't expect.

This blows! please keep us updated as this is every gamer's worst nightmare! I've had both UPS and FEDEX drop deliver items that say on the label signature required!

This is extremely common since early 2020, due to the pandemic. Neither want their drivers interacting with people when they can avoid it, and a signature requires interaction. They really should still get someone’s name even if they don’t get a signature, but they don’t do that.

Report lost items to the police.
They may not be able to handle theft (or borrow) from relatives, It should be possible to report lost items.

I have delivered packages to my neighbors left at my house by mistake. As well have had people come to my house with mail left at their house. If it was a mistake hopefully they are honest and will do the right thing.

I'm not sure about the "lost" part, unless it's a person, but if you believe that it was stolen, absolutely.  Eventually, we will request a police report, as we also need to provide the end-user's police report to our insurance company (and/or the carrier's) for processing.

I have had (may dyslexic) drivers deliver to the wrong address.  Every time, the recipient has brought it to my place, but sometimes it takes a little while.

I hope your card shows up

I'll make sure to notify you all what happens when EVGA and UPS get their ducks on a row. I already know what I have to do but I'm just worried I'll have to wait another year in line. If I do I'll make sure to warn you all not to risk theft and have it shipped to the safest place you can. Say a family member with no neighbors or something.

I have had packages delivered to the wrong address. AKA newbies delivering. Along with wrong address put in by the shipper. All have seemed to end up back to me. My wife is a USPS carrier and I can tell you there is a ton more than most think when a package is scanned for delivery. She had her Postmaster ask her about a package years ago. Being my wife she remembers a lot of things. She told her Postmaster she delivered it and gave it to the kids of the resident. Who run out to her Jeep. After a short bit the Postmaster said hey look at this. Forwarded to the Postmaster was a satellite pic of her Jeep in the residents yard with two kids standing by her Jeep. So long story short the resident asked the kids and they said yes it's over there on the table. So don't think packages are not being tracked as delivered with some proof by the carrier. If the carrier can prove it was delivered it's then a police report and insurance claim issue.

I got a delivery notice a couple years ago.
    Got home, no package.
Next day I found UPS delivery notice in the grass, saying the package was inside the gas BBQ on my porch.
    Yup, it was there.

This is part of the reason I invested in a video doorbell. They might still get a package but at least I will have video for the police as well as any claims. It also means the UPS driver was really at the door when I see the delivered notification.

Not so cheap. Many manufacturers limit functionality to make more money. You paid for device and want video storage? Pay for it - we need more money! No card, no ability to store video on local server...

I wondering when GPU manufacturers will finally implement this idea: when purchase GPU you get 2D for free and for using 3D please pay per minute.

Use associate code to save 3% on your EVGA GPU purchase! And up to 10% on other products!

I've thought about this, but I'd need to buy like 4 of them. There are three doors to my house that they can (and do) leave things at, one of which is inside a screened-in porch, which they sometimes leave packages inside of (which I prefer) or outside of, or in the yard, driveway, or at a different road entirely because the same town has two similarly named roads with the same numbering (not it, but imagine the roads were called Route 30 and Route 30B...and for some reason the delivery folks forget which road they're on). I don't envy the delivery guys, it isn't a glorious or easy job it seems. I do thoroughly appreciate the ones who do the little things right though, like not leave my 3080ti in the middle of the driveway in the rain when they could have set it in front of either of two doors that have a cover over them so they stay dry.

Mine were Signature only, if I wasn't home they left a door knocker and tried the following day, During Pandemic no contact you have to state the Name on pkg. to the driver

A few weeks ago, I had a package with an EVGA card that UPS marked delivered.  A large package for one of my neighbors was left on my doorstep.  I flagged down the UPS driver when he came back down the street and told him what happened.  He took the package on my doorstep and delivered it to the right address.  However he couldn't find my package after driving up and down the street.

I contacted EVGA customer service and explained what happened.  They told me they would contact UPS and to contact support in 10 business days.  I waited longer than 10 business days and UPS still hasn't told EVGA what they are doing or what is going on as of the last time I contacted EVGA support.

UPS is the worst for this stuff.
Their drivers do all sorts of weird things and the management does nothing to stop them.
I've had issues with UPS of all sorts. Including a driver that outright stole a parcel and lied to my face about it.

I would implore EVGA to stop using UPS. Whatever money is being saved upfront is likely being negated by all the issues with UPS I don't experience with any other courier(except just recently Canada Post got very mediocre here in Calgary, it's weird.)

With UPS when there are duties you can't even pay them online and I doubt they've fixed it.
UPS just sucks, they're one of the worst if not THE worst courier.

I've had a ton off issues with UPS deliveries in the past couple years.  Several involving items marked as delivered when a UPS truck wasn't even on my street then the item never showed up.  Other times UPS delivers my items to the wrong house on my street, often its 10+ houses down the street and on the wrong side of the street.

Recently I had a notification ups left my graphics card at my door. I was home, no knock, and the card wasn't there. I'm waiting for 24 to 48 hours to pass just in case but while I wait does evga ship a new card in event of stolen property or refund and make you wait in line again.

Any updates? Everyone is running off on different experiences, but we haven’t heard from you in a couple of days.
