Confirmation Code Failed Issues: Need help!

So I just got my email saying my turn in the system was up so I can buy a 3060, but every time I click on the "Direct Product Link" and it takes me to the text confirmation page I keep getting a "Confirmation Code Failed to Send - Reference Number:XXXXXX~" message. Is the system broken or something today, or is something going on? I've waited almost 9 months for this and now at the last moment everything is borked and I cant find a way to contact someone for official help that does not require me to register a product I don't even have yet. Time is ticking and this is making me super nervous, even more so since the system changed how everyone gets seclected and I am worried if I cant get into the system to buy the card, I would be out of luck. Some one kindly help please.

    Finally got some help. If anyone else has the same issue, make sure your phone number is formatted as 1234567890 and NOT 123-456-7890 or 1 (123) 456-7890.
