Join the club. Nobody can get a GPU anywhere except ebay... For 3-4x the cost. 
 
I skipped the 20xx Series waiting for 30xx series, and it's been over a year since launch, and they are still backlogged to the early orders. Then you have the killed cards from fans ramping and crap with certain newly released games, and all the bugs, so manufacturers are stocking up on cards to not provide as available to keep up with demand for their RMA departments... 

It's a mess all around. I've already accepted that I'm going to wait another generation for a new card. It is what it is. This gen was a complete flop, for both AMD and Nvidia.
