My 850W EVGA PSU was stolen or lost / or never delivered

On my tracking number, it said delivered to my address.
 I am trying to contact UPS. Also, I want to speak with EVGA about it. It asks me to register the product, but I dont have a registration code or S/N since I never received the item. 
 
What can I do to contact EVGA?

    support@evga.com or call their phone number - their offices might be closed though.

    EVGA usually says to wait a day or two, and then they will file a claim with the shipping company.
    It's not uncommon for a package to say "delivered" but not actually get delivered until the next day. I don't know if it is a glitch, or if delivery drivers accidentally hit the wrong button, or if delivery drivers are intentionally padding their delivery stats or something, but it happens too many times for EVGA to usually file a claim with the shipping company immediately.

    UPS lost me an EVGA PSU a few months back, tracking said delivered but never made it,  Amazon refunded 100%
