When I go to make a macro & use key combinations like ctrl+ alt+ U on a game records it on keyboard software. But the only things it records is this combination Ctrl + Alt + down or Up. no matter what key combination I use that not bound to Game still comes out as up & down macro. all say same. I have reinstall EVGA software had reset to factory settings. still any macro combination I use keyboard software comes out up & down on recording it. spend few hours on this. I even use simpler macros with Ctrl + letters and no go. I done macros in other keyboards before not had this problem. Any ideas. maybe a EVGA tech help here.?

Thank you for the confirmation not only me. Yes is true feels like a firmware update is looming. I will check out that keyboard. I need my macros :)
