Hello, so i was looking at the step up option to upgrade a gpu. However i missed the 14 day registration so I decided to purchase the warranty. I already started the step-up before purchasing the warranty do I need to restart the step-up?

    Look at your My Products page and then “more info” section. You should see the step up listed under the product you are stepping up. If it isn’t listed, or you didn’t get the step 1 of 5 email, then you will need to restart the process.
