I personally want to thank you EVGA for listening to us AMD fans and finally making an AMD based Motherboard for us.  As all my possible parts are EVGA it will complete my build to finally have a MOBO to go with everything else.  That's a little part, the rest is seeing that AMD has become a viable platform enough so that us EVGA fans can finally have our favorite boards back.  This is a small thing I know but I really loved my Intel based EVGA boards even if I didn't use them to their extreme extents ;)

P.S I am hoping you will introduce a more budget friendly version for those of us that love your brand but aren't so much into extreme overclocking.  Besides it's always great for me and my customers if most of their parts are from 1 source for any support reasons.  Thanks for looking into this enough to get something built it really is great news.

Considering how AMD motherboard can last more generations than Intel does, EVGA AMD motherboards would sell more than Intel counterparts because people prefer EVGA for the customer service and quality. I already have an x570 motherboard, but definitely switching to the EVGA X570S Dark once it releases

I'm very interested to see this EVGA x570 MB plus I'd also like to see them produce radeon based gpu's which gives their customer more choices.

Same with me. I'd watch some reviews first but I am most definitely switching from GB to EVGA. Might upgrade to a R7 5800X depending on how AMDs roadmap looks at this point. And then it's a new EVGA 3060ti :)

Speculation on how much it will cost, and how quickly it will go OOS?

Hard to say about how long it would take for it to go out of stock depending on how many variants they released and stock levels.  I want one that would be of the same high quality that my x58 classified board had.  Right now Asus is top dog in the am4 arena and if their board would've been available when I needed on I wouldn't have this gigabyte.  My original Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Hero wifi x570 board was destroyed by USPS in transit during the RMA process and they didn't want to honor the shipping warranty so I was out almost $400 for it.

My only complaint is that it looks like it will only come with 2 memory slots, which sucks because I'm running 4x8 gig sticks in a matched memory kit. I'll end up having to keep my Asus board if they don't release another option, at least until the upgrades come out for DDR5 and new AMD socket.

We'll have to see the finished product, but it looks like the reasoning behind two slots is to have much better overclocking ability in my opinion.
