Got the notify yesterday to buy 3968. Went ahead and bought it but it still hasn’t shipped out. I called up support and they said they were to ship today. Only thing that has changed is my order went from “open” to “completed”. Just wanted to know if it just me or others who bought yesterday.

    Card usually ship at the end of the day, and likely needed to process the payment, so like they said, it would probably ship today.

    Mine did not ship out either yesterday. It shows as shipped now, but the UPS tracking still just says "label created". Weird, because on Monday I made an order at 2pm which was already shipped out at 3pm. Not sure why this one is taking longer.

    We had a bit of an issue with some of the tracking number and had to reprocess some tracking on orders from the 13th and 14th. We can confirm the orders were shipped and you should soon if you have not already receive a email from UPS once they have scanned it into their system at the Anaheim UPS hub. Hope this helps!

    EVGA are usually really fast with their customer support, sending cards etc. So when such things have just wait it out, usually goes fast

    Other than that, UPS website is not very transparent to show what is happening with your package with vague information about where it is if you don`t have an account with them.
    I always use https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/ which shows every step on the way.
