So, im dead set on this card. I have found a place that isn't an authorized evga reseller. My question is as follows

If I do purchase the card, and let's say I were to change the cooler for a waterblock and 3 months down the road, could it be RMA'd? (Obviously placing the stock cooler back on)

From what I have read, it looks like a 3 year warranty just couldn't purchase extended. Just wanna cover thy behind since its an expensive card.

    Hello,

    The 3080ti should come with a 3 year transferable warranty. The warranty would start from the date that EVGA sent the product to the original retailer. Replacing the air cooler with a waterblock does not void the warranty of your GPU, and as long as you can put the original cooler back on, we'd assist with an RMA. Extended warranty is only available to the original owner of the product.
