No queue for EU, only listings. Honestly it is for the best. These cards aren't realistically going to go out of NA anyway, so why even bother with a queue. Still weird that they even listed them, but listings are probably shared between the sites anyway, otherwise it is just a waste of time.
Anyway, don't expect to be able to sign up for these cards, any time soon, or if ever.
