Unleash RGB Wont Launch (Quota Violation)

When I attempt to run the software a dialogue box appears saying, "My exception message: Quota Violation" followed by the program closing and several boxes saying, "My exception message: object reference not set to an instance of an object."

I've tried reinstalling. I have no other EVGA programs on my PC. Any help?
 
Edit: It worked after I restarted the PC and had all other programs closed. But the problem recurs. I don't particularly want to restart the PC every time I want to change a keybind.

    Did you tried to update windows? . . . maybe it is because a Net framework or something like that which is needed to launch the software properly.
