I'm sure they are but if possible try to refrain from pre ordering it just drive the companies to produce terrible games that are incomplete.

Glad that this is the first response. Unless you're buying physical (and with PC it's basically nonexistent now) there's no worry about running out of stock. Preordering just reinforces bad practices. Wait until the game is released and see if it's worth your money. If nobody preordered they would have to prove the quality of their work, and that their game is finished...

Fully agree with this. On top of that, EA is one, if not THE worst offenders in the industry currently, in my opinion. Just look at Mass Effect Andromeda & Anthem. If you really want to check out a beta or a game at release, I suggest using the new subscription services most companies have nowadays. I think I paid like €3 for 1 month of EA Access at the time Anthem got released, to see if it was anything close to a Destiny killer. It gave me access to the most expensive edition with all bonusses. Well, I'm glad I didn't buy/pre-order, thats for sure! Also, in general I hate all these pre-order incentives (also looking at you Ubisoft....). If you want to make more money, sure, release a slightly more expensive deluxe edition without a time limited offer. But not 10 different editions all with their own pre-order junk...

If I remember correctly I've read that they plan on doing the earliest beta they've ever done for a Battlefield.
Which would roughly translate to a beta around june/ july if it's true.

As far as I know there has been a beta at every battlefield since Battlefield 3 and so far you could always pre-order it, mostly with some bonuses.

Starting June we should start seeing a steady flow of new info and footage. It's been a bit too wild with all the "leaks" and speculations thus far, it would be nice to get actual confirmed info
