I'm getting intermittent loss in responsiveness from the mouse when using bluetooth on a couple different PCs. The cursor stops responding if I stop moving the mouse for more than a few seconds, and won't respond to input for 3-5 seconds after I start to wiggle the mouse around. One of the main reasons I bought the mouse was for the BT functionality, but at this point is completely unusable. Any thoughts on a windows power or powerstate setting that maybe needs to be addressed? Windows 10 version 21H1 #1 1 Reply Related Threads

Once reset you may want to increase the time of the Sleep Mode to more than 1 min and click apply. I would also suggest testing the mouse with a different system to see if there are any bluetooth issues with your current system. #2
