If I have an evga elite subscription can I buy a rtx 3060 then 24 hours before the official drop?

    3060 is not a new card. 3070 ti and 3080ti will be good.

    If they release a new 3060, then yes. But not the current models.

    yes, you can use the elite for the future cards and also to get first in queue
