Hello,

I use the EVGA precision X1 software to manage my fan curve.
A few days ago I noticed that one of my fan (FAN 1) always displays 0 rpm even if it should spin according to EVGA software (screenshot attached)

I may have notified this since the last precision update which also updated the graphic card firmware.

Do you think it could a software/firmware issue ? Or do you think it could be a hardware issue from the fan ? I have checked the fan on the graphic card and it is not spinning.

Thank you for your answers

Do spot any difference when you spin the fan by hand in comparison to the other two? Is it harder?
If yes maybe then it is a defective fan.
You can also load the GPU and monitor the temps and fans and check if the third one starts spinning.

    Hello,

No difference between the fans when I manually spin them.

I have check the three fan connectors, all well seated.

I played a 4k game yesterday, the graphic card temperature was 85 degrees and only two fans were spinning :(

Probably you should contact EVGA support. Maybe there is a feature/setting we are missing.
