Good day! I just received card from CU and in terms of GPU temps and clocks all seems fine, but in memory temps in goes 100+ in heavy loads!
For example my previous 3080ti gamerock (on sell now) never goes higher than 86c.

Its look like warranty void if i try to swap thermal pads and also i see here that its gave no significant changes on temp side, is it?

I’m pretty sure swapping out the pads doesn’t void your warranty since EVGA has no problems with cooler modifications (air cooler to water block, for example). You’d just need to put everything back together as it came for an RMA in that case. If you’re using the card the way it came out of the box, reach out to EVGA tech support. I know GDDR6X runs rather hot, but 100° seems high. It could be that one of the factory thermal pads wasn’t placed properly. It wouldn’t be the first time a QC issue has arisen with the 3000 series, unfortunately.
