My gpu is all working fine , but I have a static 4 RED LED on my cpu. RGB is not working but I tried plugging it on extra RGB and lit up but its red and I cant control it..
I have an 850w PSU
Using 3 separate 8 pins
gpu seated well and socket
I've also flashed the new bios . Switching bios dont work either

I'm a bit confused you say you have 4 red lights on the CPU. Do you mean 4 red lights on the GPU?
Can you list your full system specs please?

Assuming that you meant 4 red lights on the GPU, it's working fine, but the RGB isn't working, that all seems to indicate that the iCX MCU is stuck in flash update mode. I would contact EVGA. https://www.evga.com/support/custsupp.asp

SOrry .. I meant GPU . typo my 3080 hybrid rgb just died and the 4 static red lights is now showing.. but the card is fully functional

In case EVGA doesn't get back to you for whatever reason, google "3080 ftw3 v1 px1 firmware update bricked my led" and take a look at the reddit thread. The dropbox link has firmware files and a flashing tool. You'll definitely want to look at github for the flashing tool instead of the dropbox link, but maybe the firmware files inside could help you.
I would have sent a PM with links like you requested, but my account is too new and I figured this was the best alternative.
