I submitted a RMA but I don't need to RMA the whole card just for a fan.
The front fan is not running properly and is also unbalanced. 
Will EVGA just send me a fan replacement?

    If you are still under warranty then you need send card to replace but I have found in eBay for replace fans here > Fan Replace For EVGA GTX 1080 1070 1060 GTX1060 GTX1070 GTX1080 VGA GPU Cooler

    They will probably require you to send the whole card in for them to handle the replacement.  This ensures it gets done correctly.  You may be able to contact them and show them a video of your fan and plead your case in an email asking if they can send a replacement fan directly instead of having you send in your card.  I'm not certain of their policies though
