Z370 classified k no post, no error codes

Was running just fine and abruptly shut down. 5vsb led lights up when I try to turn on and nothing else. System is liquid cooled and when I jump the 24pin connector on the power supply my fans and pump turn on. Also measured the voltage on the 12v and got 12.26v, so think power supply is good (evga g3 650). No error codes on the board, no beeps. Unplugged everything. Tried booting with no gpu, tried alternating the ram, not sure what else to try. No water leaks, doesn't smell like anything fried. No changed the leds on the board. Any thoughts?

    It might still be a PSU problem, even if when you jump it it starts it doesn't draw the same power for boot and just for fans, also not the same rails used.
     
    I'd try another PSU at it's the easier way, and if that doesn't work purge your watercooling, take your motherboard out of your case alone with nothing but PSU, 1 stick of ram in the 2nd slot as instructed on the manual, the CPU (check for bent pins) and try again. If that doesn't work, take it to a computer shop so they can troubleshoot with different parts (other PSU, other cpu, ect...)

    Did you try boot up BIOS Chip select 2 Switch?
