RTX 3080 XC3 ULTRA pads replacement help

Hi, i have decided to leave my hybrid kit for noise and reput my air heatsink.
My question is where i can find the right thermal pads? i read the dimensions are 2.25 for memory and 2.85 for vrm, now i asked you please to indicate me where i can buy the best pads and with the right compression.

    Ask EVGA through support@evga.com and see if maybe they can help.

    For the thermal putty, I suggest K5 Pro that can be found on Amazon.

    thanks for the help man, i can control my pump via a female cable i done, do you suggest to mod my hybrid kit?

    Jesus Christ I just spent the past hour and a half replacing my pads only for it to become WORSE. I used 2mm for everything, thermalright pads (not bad quality so the issue isn't there). DOES ANYONE HAVE INFORMATION????
