I can only recommend what is in the manual as they are known to work however as the board came out a little while ago there may be newer ones out and PCIe ones such as the one safan80 recommended. Barring any unforeseen issues any PCIe card or M.2 E should work fine. The recommended PCIe card does look pretty good as well.
When installing a PCIe card such as this it can work in any PCIe slot even if it is longer than the connector. Check with the manual and your CPU for what PCIe slots will be active as not all will be active if you have a CPU with 16 or 24 lanes vs 44 lane (or 48 lane with the 10th gen CPUs).
