Clicking noise is more often on lower speeds. At 40% and above it`s rare
Is this normal behavior for this fans? They are not loud, but i just want to be certain that noise will not result in further damage/problems. if not I'm fine with it

Some 30-series fans do make a 'clicking' or 'ticking' sound at lower RPMs, usually as the motor engages. This is normal and not damaging to the card. If the noise becomes worse, or if the fan appears to be unstable and wobbling, then it would be best to reach out to our support line directly, either at Support@evga.com or by phone, 1 888 881 3842 Mon-Fri 9am-6pm PST.

Here is a little Tech information for your GPU fans, or any fan in your PC or otherwise. 1st make sure that the fan making noise is not actually hitting anything, like a wire or cable, a piece of plastic, on the fan edge or the fan housing. You want to make any fan last longer and help its bearings last longer, it does not matter what type of bearing the fan has. All fans run constantly in the same direction/rotation, and in your case is making a clicking noise, a fan that has slowed down or is starting up slowly can be fixed in a simple way. With your PC powered down and unplugged from power, like when you open your PC to clean out dust, (which I do every couple of months) by using your hand, spin the fans in the opposite direction of their rotation. All fans tend to have the bearings "set", in the bearings and that can cause simple micro dust to accumulate in the bearings. By hand spinning the fans in the opposite direction, the accumulated micro dust will loosen/break up in the bearings and fall out. Just doing this regularly when you clean the dust from inside your PC can extend the life of the bearings of your fans, preventing them from slowing down and possibly stop working, from accumulated micro dust. This applies to any AC fan or any DC brushless fan. On the other hand any DC fan that has brushes, (as in older DC fans), can actually create voltage/current when spun in the opposite direction of its rotation. Which is something you do not want to happen in any fan connected to a PCB. (Printed Circuit Board).
