EVGA G3 vs G5

Hey!
 
I currently own EVGA 750w G3 psu and have bought all custom cables (not extensions)
Looking to upgrade to 1000w G5 as the G3 goes only to 850w.
My question is, does G5 use same cables as G3?
I really like to use my custom braded cables... 
Tryed to google with no help...

    Might want to look into the reviews and forum feedback on the G3 vs. the G5.  There is a 1000w G3 and it is generally pretty good:

    If you can find the G2 1000w jump on that instead before the G3 or G5.  G2 uses SuperFlower, they're hard to beat.
