Fan header at the end of ftw3 ultra 3080 not usable after the hybrid kit install?

I had a rgb fan plugged into the end of my card to help move heat away from in the case but after the install it looks like the port is blocked how. The rgb port is open.

    I can see the pins on mine... maybe you installed the kit incorrectly?

    I can see the pins as well but there isn't enough room for the plug now.
